Return Policy
Shopping is risk-free with our 30-day return guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send the unused portion back to us, and we will refund your money.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Success team at contact@synesisnutrition.com to receive a return shipping label. Return labels cost $7.99 for each item returned and will be deducted from your refund amount once processed. You must use the return label provided by us in order for us to process your return, or we will not be able to refund your order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Original shipping charges are never refundable.
